Corporate Conversion Kit — Product Terms
These Product Terms apply to your purchase of the Corporate Conversion Kit (the “Kit”) from F500 Strategy Lab LLC (DBA F500 Fierce). They supplement, and are governed by, our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Where these Product Terms address something specific to the Kit, they control for the Kit.
1. What You Are Buying
The Kit is a digital product. It includes an interactive assessment, the proprietary technology that builds your corporate offer with you, and the accompanying materials described at the point of sale. Purchase grants you a limited, single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Kit for your own business only, subject to the intellectual property terms in our Terms & Conditions.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Access is delivered electronically and immediately upon successful payment, to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a valid, correct email address and to check your spam and promotions folders.
Non-receipt caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or your email provider’s filtering is not a failure of delivery on our part and is not grounds for a refund or chargeback. If you entered the wrong email, contact us at hq@f500fierce.com and we will re-send your access to the correct address.
3. All Sales Are Final
Because the Kit delivers immediate access to digital intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Failure to use, open, or complete the Kit
- Failure to achieve any particular result
- Duplicate purchases — buying the Kit twice, forgetting a prior purchase, or purchasing under a different email does not entitle you to a refund. It is your responsibility to confirm you have not already purchased the Kit before checking out.
The only exception is the limited technical-fulfillment-failure exception set out in our Refund Policy.
4. No Guaranteed Results
The Kit is an educational and strategic tool. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or contract outcome. See our Disclaimer for full earnings and results disclosures.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving access to the Kit is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, and is handled under the chargeback provisions there — including immediate termination of access, a permanent purchasing ban, recovery of associated costs, and escalation to third-party collections and legal action. Before initiating any chargeback, contact us at hq@f500fierce.com so we can resolve the issue directly.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These Product Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and are subject to the arbitration, class-action waiver, and governing-law provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Your Acknowledgment at Checkout
By checking the acknowledgment box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Product Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Refund Policy, and that you understand the Kit is a non-refundable digital product delivered immediately to the email address you provide at checkout.
