- AI processing services— third-party large language model and analysis providers used to synthesize diagnostic, assessment, and content output
- Voice transcription services— providers that convert voice submissions into text for diagnostic processing
- Analytics and infrastructure providers— hosting, database, security, and analytics vendors
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
4. AI Processing Disclosure
The Power Signal Diagnostic and certain other tools, briefings, and assessments we offer use proprietary technology that includes artificial intelligence (AI) processing. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your text and voice submissions may be processed by third-party AI systems to generate personalized output
- Voice recordings may be transcribed, analyzed, and stored as part of your record
- AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations and should be reviewed accordingly
- Diagnostic submissions become part of your account record and may be retained as described in the Data Retention section below
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and state privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other jurisdictions. These rights may include:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from F500 Strategy Lab LLC (DBA F500 Fierce / The Boss Architect). Messages may include offers, reminders, and updates.
