Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to every product and service sold under F500 Strategy Lab LLC, including but not limited to:

• Corporate Conversion Kit
• Corporate Contract Funnel Blueprint
• Corporate Pricing Engine
• Corporate Deal Closer Email Templates
• Before the Boardroom
• Boardroom Ready Activation
• Quiet Wealth Society memberships
• Any other product, program, template, system, course, subscription, or service offered through F500 Fierce, The Boss Architect, Quiet Wealth Partners, or affiliated brands

2. What Is Not a Reason for Refund

The following are not grounds for refund:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Failure to use, open, or implement the product
• Failure to achieve any specific result
• Financial hardship, change of financial situation, or inability to continue payments
• Life circumstances or changes in availability
• Believing the product is not the right fit after purchase
• Duplicate purchases (see below)
• Any other reason not explicitly excepted in this policy

3. Duplicate Purchases

It is your responsibility to track your own purchases before completing checkout. If you purchase the same product twice — whether by mistake, forgetting a prior purchase, using a different email address, or any other reason — that purchase is final and non-refundable.

Before placing any order, confirm you have not already purchased the product by checking your email and existing login credentials.

4. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Failing to complete payments does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.

Outstanding balances on defaulted payment plans remain due and collectible. Delinquent accounts may be referred to third-party collections, and you remain responsible for collection costs, legal fees, and any reasonable attorney’s fees incurred.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after accessing a digital product is treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions. F500 Strategy Lab LLC maintains:

• Purchase confirmation records
• IP address and device data
• Access logs showing login activity and product usage
• Terms and Refund Policy acknowledgment captured at checkout

This evidence will be submitted to dispute any chargeback. In addition:

• Filing a chargeback results in immediate and permanent termination of all access to all products you have purchased
• Filing a chargeback results in a permanent ban from purchasing any F500 Fierce, The Boss Architect, or Quiet Wealth Partners product in the future
• Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through legal action, including small claims court and other appropriate venues
• You are responsible for chargeback fees, legal costs, and collection costs incurred

Before initiating any chargeback, you must contact us at hq@f500fierce.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms and will be escalated, including to third-party collections and legal action.

6. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that you complete a purchase and do not receive access to the product due to a verified technical failure on our part, contact us at hq@f500fierce.comand we will restore or re-deliver your access. Because you are buying immediate access to digital intellectual property, a delivery issue is resolved by getting you into the product — it is not a basis for a refund, which remains all-sales-final.

7. No Partial Refunds, Credits, or Swaps

F500 Strategy Lab LLC does not offer:

• Partial refunds
• Pro-rated refunds
• Account credits
• Product swaps or exchanges
• Refunds in exchange for return of materials

8. Acknowledgment at Checkout

By completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
